Refund and Payment Policy

Please note your application is not considered complete until payment is received and processed. If you choose not to pay online, you must send payment in within 10 days or your application will be cancelled ($75 per Camper). You may choose to re-apply at a later date.
Please remember you can pay online via check or credit card!!! If you still opt not to pay online you must send payment within 10 days of your application or we will have to cancel your application. This is to ensure spots are open for eligible campers to apply. Payment can be sent to:

Once you apply and pay, there are no refunds. This policy is to ensure attendance as no-showing or late cancellations can result in a spot at camp going empty.
