Ways to Get Invloved



If you’re an old Woodsey and you’re browsing this web-page it probably means that you’re feeling nostalgic and wanted to relive some UniCamp memories. Instead of just reliving the old memories why not make some new UniCamp memories and become involved with UniCamp one more time?

We are always looking for all the help we can get and there are a lot of opportunities for Alumni to become involved with UniCamp without having to take off a week’s worth of vacation and volunteer to be a counselor at camp (although that is an option if you are interested)!

Here is a list of some ways Alumni are presently involved with UniCamp:

  • Member of the Board of Trustees
  • Advisors in the W.A.L.L. & UniCorps programs
  • UCLA UniCamp vs. USC Troy Camp Golf Challenge Planning Committee
  • Volunteers Office Hours
  • Contributors to the Biff “E” Breeze online magazine
  • Updating Alumni Databases by contacting old friends to update information
  • Laying the foundation for the creation of the Woodsey Alumni Association
  • Planning and attending reunion events for the 75th Anniversary Celebration
  • Creating multimedia about UniCamp or writing testimonials about what an impact UniCamp had on your life and sending them to the UniCamp office
  • Attending Family Camp Weekends
  • Visiting camp over the summer
