Ferne Rainbow Miller Story

On July 12, 2003 UCLA UniCamp unveiled the Ferne “Rainbow” Miller Arts & Crafts Center . Ferne Miller was an active student volunteer for UniCamp in the 1980's. Her family set up a memorial fund in her name to go towards a new Arts & Crafts center once we obtained a permanent site. As soon as we obtained Camp River Glen, the plans started and the center was unveiled in 2003 with her friends and family present. Below are some pictures of the new center- which includes a huge outdoor deck so kids can create their arts and crafts in the middle of Mother Nature, as well as an access ramp with Ferne's Woodsey Name "Rainbow" set in cement.
